Candidates who want to enter into the corporate world can have an excellent start with the Company Secretary Course.
Eligibility: candidates can apply for foundation courses after completion of their 10+2.
Candidates who want to apply for Company Secretary Course after their 10 + 2 should register for the foundation course. However, candidates who want to do CS after graduation, can directly join the executive program and further join the professional program for becoming a CS . Candidates who fail to clear the foundation program after their 10 + 2 for the executive program after graduation are not eligible for the further professional program.
Registration:-
●ICSI's program is available throughout the year and exams are held twice a year that is in June and December.
●Candidates who wish to apply for a Foundation program exam in December must register on or before 31st March or before 30th September if they are willing to appear for the exam in the coming June(NEXT YEAR)
●Candidates who wish to join the CS course from the executive program must get themselves enrolled by 28 February in both models in the December exam in the same year, by August 31st for appearing in the June exam next year.
●In case if a person wants a single module in the June examination next year they must get enrolled themselves in the executive program before November 30th.
●At any level a candidate is declared to have passed the foundation executive or professional exam only when he or she secures at least minimum of 40% marks in each paper and 50% aggregate of all subjects.
